Fuel Delivery and Customer Service Specialist

AGRILAND FS is looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated increasing responsibility in their career, can work independently with little supervision, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. This position offers CDL training and will cover the cost of obtaining all required endorsements to safely deliver fuel and lubricants to our customers.

What You''ll Do

• Safely operate a Class B CDL fuel truck to deliver petroleum products with the appropriate additives.
• Prioritize, organize and execute safe and efficient deliveries (Self Dispatched)
• Maintain accurate delivery records and fuel truck inventory documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous service while building strong customer relationships.
• Responsible for leading yourself to exceed needs of customers

What We Need

• Good driving record and background to obtain a CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
• Experience demonstrating autonomy, customer focused decision making, working under little supervision
• Demonstrate a commitment to a company with the ability to grow responsibilities over time.
• Strong work ethic with experience working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Prefer examples of customer service, troubleshooting and working hours beyond normal
• Mechanical aptitude along with solid math and problem-solving abilities
• Examples of taking ownership of your career by learning and growing in skills and responsibilities
• Ability to perform physical labor of climbing, dragging a house and walking on uneven surfaces on a regular basis
