Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in aircraft fuel systems and propulsion-related systems engineering
- Knowledge of fuel system architecture (tanks, pumps, valves, fuel lines, FTIS - Fuel Tank Inerting Systems)
- Experience in system integration, design, and installation support
- Familiarity with aircraft-level system development lifecycle (requirements design testing certification)
- Experience in functional testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of Part 25 (FAA/EASA) certification requirements for fuel systems
- Experience in supplier coordination and system-level interface management
- Ability to review qualification test reports, system schematics, and design documentation
- Experience in ground and flight test support for fuel systems validation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and integration of aircraft fuel systems
- Define and manage fuel system requirements, architecture, and interfaces
- Provide engineering support for system installation, ground testing, and flight testing activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system issues identified during testing or production
- Review and validate functional test procedures, qualification reports, and system documentation
- Support certification activities and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA Part 25 requirements
- Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
- Participate in design reviews, trade studies, and engineering change management (RFC/RNC/ECO)
- Support production line and in-service aircraft troubleshooting activities
- Analyse system performance data from ground and flight tests
- Prepare technical reports, certification documents, and engineering recommendations
- Ensure proper integration with propulsion, pneumatics, and other aircraft systems.

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Pe r Annum
