A day in the life: Fulfillment and Inventory Operations Specialist (Tarentum, PA)
Start your morning on our Tarentum, PA floor at 8:00am, ready to keep products moving. You’ll kick off with a quick team touchpoint, then rotate through receiving, picking, packing, and inventory tasks. By 4:30pm, orders are accurate, aisles are tidy, and your team has hit its goals—thanks in part to your steady pace and attention to detail. This role is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and thrives on teamwork, safety, and consistency.
What you’ll handle
- Receive, verify, and organize inbound goods to confirm quantity and quality.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision to meet shipping timelines.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials where they’re needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clear to support safe, efficient work.
- Support inventory control with counts, reconciliations, and replenishment.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets.
- Flag discrepancies or equipment issues promptly to a supervisor.
What helps you thrive
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in warehousing or a similar setting is a plus.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout your shift.
- Strong accuracy, following directions and SOPs without cutting corners.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory lookups and simple reporting.
- Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
- Flexibility for schedule changes, including evenings/weekends when needed.
