As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately packed, prepared, and shipped on time, supporting overall warehouse and fulfillment operations.
What Youll Do
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for
- Accurately packaging and shipping outbound patient orders following company procedures and quality standards.
- Preparing shipments by building boxes and assembling packing materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting with receiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments.
- Replenishing inventory and supplies to keep fulfillment and packing stations fully stocked.
- Monitoring supply levels and communicating inventory needs to supervisors.
- Operating manual pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintaining accurate inventory organization and stock levels.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping goals and operational deadlines.
- Following established workflows, safety procedures, and company SOPs.
- Performing additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
