Fulfillment Associate

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for a rewarding opportunity in Florida. The Fulfillment Associate will play a key role in ensuring the timely movement of products through the picking, packing, and shipping processes at the Holiday, FL fulfillment center. This is an exciting chance to join a dedicated team and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Packages basic orders and prepares them for shipping.
• Verifies part specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for picking orders and kitting packages.
• Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
• Accurately inputs data into the inventory system.
• Verifies and updates the computer inventory system when materials are ready for shipment.
• Notifies the supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Maintains tidiness and organization of the warehouse.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to convert between units of measurements.
• Strong reading and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.

Education/Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Use carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Additional Details

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
