Fulfillment Associate I

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate I to join our team in Brunswick, OH. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who want to become part of a dynamic logistics environment.

As a Fulfillment Associate I, you will be instrumental in supporting the fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, repackaging, and assembling printed materials, merchandise, and food products (including shelf-stable, frozen, and refrigerated items). You may also be assigned to production assembly tasks. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Hours

Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fulfillment operations including pick/pack/ship, repacking, and assembly of printed materials and merchandise
  • Pick orders using pick tickets and assemble items into kits or project bundles
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Work overtime on short notice as necessary
  • Follow established processes and procedures independently
  • Cover shifts at TMR/IMT/FSE Distribution Center as needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Computer skills (MS Office, typing, navigation) and basic math skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Good understanding of system and process workflows
  • Ability to solve intermediate problems
  • Solid safety awareness
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations
  • Ability to work in cold conditions
  • Prior familiarity with inventory systems

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in logistics or order fulfillment is a plus

Other Requirements
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in cold environments
  • Ability to work on-site at our Brunswick location
