Fulfillment Associate I

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate I to join our team in Brunswick, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within a dynamic distribution environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work and values accuracy. Our client is a well-established company that handles a diverse range of fulfillment tasks including shipping, repackaging, and assembly of printed materials, merchandise, and food products (shelf-stable, frozen, and refrigerated). The Fulfillment Associate I will play a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Hours
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay
  • $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in various fulfillment operations including pick, pack, and ship tasks
  • Repackaging and assembly of printed materials and merchandise
  • Use pick tickets to gather and assemble order items into kits or bundles
  • Work efficiently under deadlines and prioritize quality
  • Work independently following established procedures
  • Be available for overtime as needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, typing, navigation)
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of warehouse systems and processes
  • Ability to solve intermediate problems
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse roles
  • Experience with inventory or order management systems

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous fulfillment work a plus

Other Requirements
  • Must be comfortable working in cold conditions
  • Ability to work on-site at the Brunswick location
