Fulfillment Associate 

Summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials and products are accurately received, processed, inventoried, and shipped while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

What You Will Do

Receiving & Inventory Support

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight, packages, and materials
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and receiving documentation
  • Identify and communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies
  • Tag, stage, palletize, and organize incoming materials
  • Load and unload trucks using company-provided equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation

Shipping & Fulfillment Operations

  • Verify products and shipments against job tickets and shipping documentation
  • Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Packing Lists
  • Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and internal systems
  • Coordinate outbound freight and assist with shipment tracking
  • Label, organize, and stage products for shipment
  • Accurately record shipping transactions and activities

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety, security, quality, and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support inventory accuracy and fulfillment excellence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs

What You Will Bring

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory control and material handling preferred
  • Forklift experience and/or forklift certification preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
