Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Pay: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift: Day shift with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM; 8-hour shifts

opportunity? Join a growing closed-door, mail-order pharmacy operation in Boynton Beach, FL. You'll work behind the scenes in the fulfillment area preparing, packaging, and shipping patient orders.
This is a
hands-on warehouse role focused on picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and keeping fulfillment operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Package and ship outbound orders accurately and efficiently
Build boxes and assemble packaging materials
Prepare shipments according to company procedures and shipping deadlines
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Stock and organize supplies and fulfillment inventory
Monitor supply levels and communicate low inventory
Replenish packing stations throughout the day
Occasionally operate a manual pallet jack to move materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work with team members to meet daily shipping and productivity goals
Follow established workflows, safety procedures, and quality standards
Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the workday
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols
Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, inventory, or mail-order experience is a plus
No pharmacy technician license or certification is required for this position.
