General Purpose:

The Fulfillment Center Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of Corsair's 120,000 sq ft Duluth, GA distribution center, supporting both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment, as well as kitting and binning activities for onsite manufacturing. This role oversees a team of approximately 30 employees and is critical to ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

  • Manage all day-to-day distribution center operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, kitting, and manufacturing support.
  • Ensure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer requirements and retail routing guides.
  • Maintain strong inventory control practices, coordinate cycle counts, and reconcile variances in partnership with Inventory Control teams.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff; drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and track KPIs for warehouse performance; lead monthly reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to improve CPU, order accuracy, and on-time shipping rates.
  • Partner closely with Customer Support, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, and Planning to align on priorities, resolve issues, and maintain seamless operations.
  • Support implementation of operational best practices, Lean methodologies, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure workplace safety by enforcing policies and conducting regular safety audits and training.
  • Investigate shipping discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams on WMS/ERP upgrades and warehouse technology initiatives.
  • Manage warehouse capacity, layout optimization, and space utilization reporting.
  • Support preparation of operational budgets and monitor costs against targets.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
  • Proven track record managing a team of 30+ direct and indirect reports.
  • Strong understanding of distribution processes including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and kitting.
  • Experience supporting both D2C and B2B fulfillment environments.
  • Proficient with WMS and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; ability to analyze data and drive operational insights.
  • Knowledge of retail customer compliance (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and hands-on approach to warehouse management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
