Fulfillment Center Order Selector

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

A day in this role

You clock in, grab your pick list, and head to the aisles. With accuracy at the forefront, you select the correct items, verify quantities, and prepare each order to match specifications. As you move through the warehouse, you examine products for quality, set aside any damaged or incorrect items, and immediately report discrepancies. Once picks are complete, you package and label orders so they’re ready to ship on time. Between waves, you help restock inventory, keep your work zone clean and orderly, and coordinate with teammates to hit daily throughput goals—all while following safety procedures to the letter.

Core responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with precision to match order details.
• Inspect items for quality; identify and report damages or mismatches.
• Keep your station and aisles tidy to support safe, efficient operations.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and restocking tasks.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and protocols.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort with basic math for counting and inventory tracking.
• Thrives in a fast-moving setting and meets time-sensitive deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
