Overview of the Fulfillment Coordinator role:

High volume data research
Review client files
Update tracking numbers and communicate updates to clients
Process overages, shortages, and update the OSD (damage) report
Special ad hoc reports

Preferred Qualifications for the Fulfillment Coordinator:

2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
MS Excel – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's
Strong attention to detail and organized
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and follow-through
