About Good Wolf Probiotic Sodas
Good Wolf is a fast-growing Oregon-based modern soda brand. We exist to help families slow down and make sweet memories. Most modern sodas are intense and built for adults. Ours are light and refreshing: less sweet, gently carbonated, real fruit inside, 2 billion gut-healthy probiotics, and no added sugar. Good Wolf is THE Probiotic Soda made for the whole family.
We are a small team with aggressive growth targets. We care deeply about how we grow, not just how fast. Integrity, follow-through, and respect for each other's time matter here. This is a hands-on role in a growing company. We're looking for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
About this role: As the centralized owner of all fulfillment, you act as the critical bridge between sales generation and customer realization. This role is foundational to our growth, ensuring that our 'Wolfies' values: 'I've Got Your Back,' 'Own Your Mistakes,' and 'Flavor Forward' are embedded in every shipment and customer experience. You aren't just processing orders and pouring samples; you are safeguarding our brand promise, ensuring that the quality and integrity of our products are delivered flawlessly to every customer, every time. Your proactive ownership directly fuels our scalability and long-term success.
WOLFIES in Practice:
- I've Got Your Back: Operationalized through "Staged Readiness." You ensure all e-commerce packages and pallets are prepped with love and care, on time.
- Own Your Mistakes: A commitment to proactive communication. If a delivery is delayed or a production cap is exceeded, you flag it immediately rather than after a failure occurs.
- Flavor Forward: You tell everyone you meet that our flavors are light & refreshing and perfect for families who need a guilt free soda that helps them slow down and share a moment together.
Key Accountabilities:
- E-comm Fulfillment: Own the execution of e-commerce fulfillment, working with the Customer Experience & Brand Support Coordinator to ensure a seamless DTC experience (approx. 6 hours/week)
- Demos and Events: a few grocery store demos per week and occasional out of store events including a 5k, street fair and farmers market (<3 hours/week).
- Small Business Delivery: End-to-end ownership of small business delivery routes (12 hours/week).
- Production Support: Production support for canning, blending and assisting the Production Manager on an as needed basis (approx 16 hours/week. No technical experience required).
- Invoicing: Generate invoices based on actual shipments (fulfillment data) and priced against the agreed price list and terms. (Approx 3 hours a week)
Functional KPIs:
- Fulfillment Accuracy: 100% on-time, error-free fulfillment for both small business accounts and DTC/e-commerce orders.
- Revenue Alignment: Strategic execution of fulfillment to directly support the YOY growth targets tied to revenue sharing.
What we don't want:
- Someone who moves at agency pace; speed and reliability are critical.
- Someone who references heavy workload after a failure rather than flagging risks immediately.
- Someone who treats account maintenance as a series of tasks rather than relationship-building.
