Build a safer, faster, smarter warehouse

Join us to lead a second-shift team that delivers for customers—and for each other. Your mission: orchestrate people, processes, and resources so every order ships on time, inventory stays accurate, and safety and quality never slip.

Your Mission

  1. Lead with purpose: Guide warehouse operations end-to-end—safety, housekeeping, 5S/Lean, on-time delivery, production efficiency and effectiveness, cost control, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and compliance—while fostering a positive, growth-minded culture.
  2. Grow great teams: Partner with the Operations Manager and HR to hire, evaluate, and develop talent. Set measurable objectives aligned to Operations, UPM, and ONI strategic objectives. Conduct annual reviews, create individualized development/training plans, and address performance or behavior issues swiftly and fairly.
  3. Protect what matters: Own OSHA and EPA compliance for warehouse operations. Reinforce ISO requirements and uphold the UPM and ONI Code of Conduct and Ethics policy.
  4. Continuously improve: Embed CI thinking at every level. Implement, enforce, and sustain 5S/Lean to unlock productivity and efficiency.
  5. Deliver results: Hit weekly production/shipment schedules. Track KPI performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, then implement corrective actions to close gaps.
  6. Be a cost champion: Lead cost control and savings/avoidance projects that produce year-over-year reductions in operating expenses.
