Fulfillment Order Specialist (Shipping / Labeling)

Every package that leaves a warehouse on time starts with someone at a desk who got the details right. The right order. The right label. The right truck. When a customer's sofa or treadmill shows up at their door exactly as promised, nobody thinks about the pick list behind it. That is exactly how it should be.

We are a third party logistics warehouse handling large item dropshipping and fulfillment for multiple clients. As our Fulfillment Order Specialist, you are the hub of our outbound operation. You will pull the day's orders, build and assign pick lists, print carrier labels, and verify every shipment before it leaves the building.

Some mornings you are sorting a stack of new orders by carrier before the floor gets moving. Other times you are scanning a shipment one last time before the FedEx truck pulls away. Every day, you are the reason orders go out right, on time, and to the right place.

• Pull and organize the day's orders from our warehouse management system and client systems
• Build pick lists grouped by carrier and item type, and assign them to our forklift pickers
• Print and apply FedEx and UPS shipping labels, keeping every label matched to the correct order
• Verify shipments before dispatch, including handheld scanner verification for certain clients
• Close out orders in the system after each pickup and keep every record accurate
• Track daily order status and flag exceptions to your supervisor before they become problems
• Post a daily report so the whole team knows exactly where things stand

• Comfort working on a computer and a willingness to learn multiple warehouse and shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail, because in this role accuracy is everything
• The ability to stay organized and hit daily shipping cutoffs without losing your cool
• Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication with the floor team
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or order processing experience is welcome, though a sharp eye and a steady hand matter more than a resume

• Mandarin and English bilingual skills are strongly preferred, since you will use Chinese language systems and coordinate with our China based team
• Experience with WMS platforms, FedEx or UPS label systems, or handheld scanners
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or third party logistics

This is a full time, on site day shift role, starting at approximately 7:45 AM. The day runs on carrier pickups and shipping cutoffs, so being on time and ready to go matters here.

Most days follow a steady rhythm. A few will bring a rush of orders or a last minute exception. That is where a specialist who stays calm and organized makes all the difference.

This role pays $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, with room to grow your skills and your responsibility the longer you are here.

You will work primarily at a workstation on an active warehouse floor, with forklifts moving and freight going out all day. Expect to be on your feet and moving around the floor as needed to check orders, apply labels, and verify shipments before they ship.
