Fulfillment & Packaging Operations Specialist

Step into a day on the floor

From the first whistle to the final pallet wrap, you’ll keep products moving. As a Fulfillment & Packaging Operations Specialist with Nexus Employment, you’ll rotate through packaging stations, check quality, apply labels, and stage light boxes for shipment across multiple facilities in Northwest Indiana. Your focus: hit production goals, follow good manufacturing practices (GMP), and help keep the workspace spotless and safe.

What you’ll handle

• Package a variety of items on a fast-paced production line
• Visually inspect products to maintain quality standards
• Apply labels to products and cartons accurately
• Lift and move light packages/boxes before shipping
• Meet or exceed daily output targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and GMP guidelines
• Pitch in on warehouse and production projects as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly, safety-first environment
