A day in this role
At our Holley, NY 14470 facility, you start your shift with a quick team huddle, review the day’s targets, and head to your station. You’ll examine items as they come down the line, package them to precise specs, and label everything so it’s ready to ship. Throughout the day, you’ll keep your area spotless, pitch in with inventory counts, and stay alert to safety. Training moments are built in—new products, smarter packing methods, and tools that help you work efficiently.

- Location: Holley, NY 14470
- Day Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm
- Night Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am
What you’ll handle
- Package merchandise precisely to meet company standards for accuracy and quality.
- Check products for flaws and complete labeling and paperwork correctly.
- Keep your packing zone orderly to maximize safety and workflow.
- Work closely with teammates to hit daily throughput goals.
- Support inventory control by monitoring, recording, and reporting stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Join ongoing training to sharpen packing skills and product understanding.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in packing, warehousing, or similar work is beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
- Team-first mindset with solid collaboration skills.
- Stamina to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with basic computer use for inventory entry and reports.
- Willingness to work different shifts and some weekends as needed.
