Fulfillment Packaging Technician

A Day in This Role

Start your day in a clean, well-organized workspace in Fairfield, Ohio, where you’ll help get products ready for customers. As a full-time, temp-to-hire team member with Next Gen HR Solutions, you’ll work primarily on first shift, earning $15 per hour. Second shift opportunities pay $16 per hour. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.

What You’ll Tackle

• Prepare outgoing orders by packaging, labeling, sorting, and pick/pack tasks.
• Move materials to support both production and warehouse workflows.
• Run basic quality checks and follow clear work instructions.
• Keep your area orderly and safe at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily safety, quality, and output goals.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Curiosity and consistency in following safety and quality procedures.
• Background in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, retail stockroom, or other fast-paced work is helpful but not required.
• No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
