Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Pay: $22-$28/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 10:00am-3:00pm

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support fulfillment operations in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Working closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff, you'll help manage prescription fulfillment, inventory, quality assurance, and medication delivery coordination while maintaining compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Active California Pharmacy Technician License required
  • PTCB certification preferred
  • Retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately fulfilling prescription orders through labeling, packaging, and order preparation
  • Performing detailed quality assurance checks to ensure prescription accuracy prior to dispensing and delivery
  • Coordinating medication deliveries and routing third-party couriers to ensure timely patient service
  • Managing medication inventory, including stocking, replenishment, and monitoring product availability
  • Assisting with medication ordering and verifying vendor shipments upon receipt
  • Removing expired medications and maintaining inventory compliance standards
  • Maintaining and stocking automated dispensing equipment as needed
  • Collaborating with pharmacists and operational teams to improve workflow efficiency and patient care
  • Cross-training in various pharmacy functions to support business needs
  • Maintaining compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and all federal, state, and local requirements

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in California and offers a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays from 10:00am-3:00pm.
