Job Title – CFS Operator – Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS)

Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Contract: 24 Months
Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour on W2
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a CFS Operator to support device configuration and order fulfillment operations in a warehouse environment. The role involves handling and processing PCs, laptops, notebooks, and tablets through various workflow stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, provision, etch, troubleshoot, and perform quality checks on PC devices.
• Track device status and update workflow systems accurately.
• Process and prioritize high volumes of orders and freight.
• Ensure work meets company standards, SLAs, and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support process improvement initiatives and peak-cycle operations.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of PC configuration and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional and presentable appearance, as client tours are conducted regularly.
