Fulfillment & Shipping Associate

OT Breaks is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately sorting, packaging, and shipping customer orders while handling valuable collectibles with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy when handling trading cards, collectibles, and other high-value items.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize customer orders accurately
• Carefully package and prepare collectibles for shipment
• Handle trading cards and collectibles with proper care to prevent damage
• Verify order contents before shipment
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Maintain an organized and clean fulfillment area
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking
• Follow company procedures for packaging, quality control, and shipping accuracy
• Work efficiently to meet daily fulfillment deadlines

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling valuable collectibles and trading cards
• Knowledge of fulfillment and shipping systems
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:
Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling may be available based on business needs.

Pay:
Starting at $18/hour (negotiable) with growth opportunities.
