About this Role
As a Fulfillment Specialist at Ampacity, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, managing everything from order entry to delivery tracking. You will analyze order data to identify trends and improve processes, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and without issues. You'll face exciting challenges, such as resolving order discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with sales, project management, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Pay Rate: $24-28/hour
What You'll Do
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including order entry, allocation, shipping, and delivery tracking.
- Analyze order data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies and address issues related to product availability and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, warehouse, and transportation teams to streamline operations and meet customer expectations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or similar logistics role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to think critically and resolve issues
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and logistics systems
- Demonstrated success in distribution and fulfillment operations with process improvement experience
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple orders and priorities independently
- Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
