Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. You’ll collaborate with production, marketing, sales, and customer service teams while also contributing to warehouse organization and inventory management.

What You'll Do
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Picking, packing, and shipping orders with proper inserts
  
• 
  Cross-training with the production team to assist as needed
  
• 
  Supporting warehouse organization and inventory handling
  
• 
  Participating in setup of workflows and preparing kits/mail
  
• 
  Inspecting products before shipment for accuracy and quality
  
• 
  Maintaining accurate records and managing order tracking in the system
  
• 
  Collaborating across departments to resolve fulfillment issues
  
• 
  Contributing to the continuous improvement of fulfillment procedures
  

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 
  High school diploma or GED, or relevant experience
  
• 
  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• 
  Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  
• 
  Comfort with physical work: standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending or climbing
  
• 
  Familiarity with equipment operation or willingness to learn
  
• 
  Moderate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  
• 
  Self-motivated with the ability to manage shifting priorities
