Job Summary: The Client Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, managing order processing, and coordinating with internal teams and delivery services to meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the team and engage with vendors, drivers and other service providers on all items that enter or leave the shipping & receiving department
- Prepare daily shipments by assembling and packaging items using appropriate packing materials
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently in the system
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Receive daily shipments and promptly sort, stock, scan and update reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding order status, inquiries, and fulfillment-related issues
- Collaborate with sales, client relations, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues related to order fulfillment
- Communicate updates and any potential issues promptly
- Prepare regular reports on fulfillment metrics and client feedback
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management
Skills & Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related experience in shipping receiving, customer service or inventory control procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage orders accurately and ensure all details are correct, minimizing errors
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Having the ability to determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including sales, client relations, and production
- Effective prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, proficient with reading, writing, and computer skills
- Capability to analyze client feedback and fulfillment metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using UPS shipping software (WorldShip preferred)
Physical Requirements: - Packing and fulfilling orders for patients and clients
- Ability to stand for extended periods while fulfilling and packing orders
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer
- Capability to lift and carry items (e.g., supplies, product materials) weighing up to 20 pounds, as needed
Travel Requirements: - This position will begin the shift at our Laboratory (5151 Corporate Way, Jupiter, FL) and then once the expected tasks are completed at the Laboratory, you will commute to the Warehouse (1460 Park Lane S, Jupiter, FL) to complete the end of the shift with expected tasks at the Warehouse.
- Access will reimburse you on our bi-weekly payroll for the distance of the commute at the 2024 IRS standard mileage rate of $0.67 per mile.
