We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality control of finished goods
- Work with the Logistics manager to fulfill daily orders
- Work with driver to ensure all orders are loaded onto the truck in an orderly manner.
- Process all product through internal systems to maintain regulatory compliance
- Take inventory of the vault as needed with the bare minimum of a weekly cadence.
- Aid in production when time permits.
- Aid in the cleaning of the facility.
Qualifications
You’ll be a good candidate if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience working with computers.
- Experience working with METRC preferred.
- Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check, as required by state law.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Benefits include paid parental leave, vacation time, 10 paid holidays (including 4/20), health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
