Through our products and our people, we believe we can positively impact health, activity, and opportunity in our communities. We actively seek representation from diverse backgrounds and experiences and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.

About the Role -

As Fulfillment Supervisor at Athletic Brewing Company, you'll lead the fulfillment team in their daily activities and directly impact the success of our DTC business.  Athletic’s 5 values are Community, Quality, Inclusion, Innovation, and Integrity. The fulfillment supervisor role will have a direct impact on all 5 of those company pillars.

Community & Quality - The fulfillment team picks, packs, and ships products directly to our customers and community.  The quality and speed of the work has a direct impact on our company's success, and makes the fulfillment team a critical part of Athletic’s internal team.

Integrity is important as it is imperative that you lead by example — following the policies you hold your team to and communicating clearly across Warehouse, Procurement, and eCommerce teams.

Inclusion happens in your monthly 1:1s, where every team member gets heard and gets what they need to do their best work.  You will have a large impact on new and existing teammates to help them grow and learn new skills at Athletic.

Innovation - The ecommerce platform is the DTC pipeline for all of Athletic’s innovative new products.  This role is also expected to help innovate and improve our processes through continuous improvement techniques as well as outside the box thinking to drive efficiencies.
