Fulfillment Supervisor

Position Summary

Owns shipping, receiving, and finished-goods (CPG) inventory management. Coordinates outbound orders to licensed dispensaries, manages the delivery driver team, and ensures every transfer manifest is accurate and state-compliant.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound order fulfillment to dispensaries: pick, pack, manifest, and dispatch
• Generate and verify state transfer manifests for every outbound shipment
• Receive inbound packaging materials, supplies, and any returns; document and reconcile
• Maintain finished goods inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Schedule and route delivery drivers; ensure compliance with state transport rules (chain of custody, vehicle requirements)
• Manage 1-2 Inventory Coordinators and 2-3 Delivery Drivers
• Coordinate with Sales/Account Management (when established) on order priorities
• Maintain a secure, organized vault and finished goods storage area

 

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment leadership experience
• Experience with regulated-product transport (cannabis, pharma, or alcohol)
• Strong inventory management and WMS/ERP system proficiency
• Ability to read and apply state transport and chain-of-custody rules
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record
• Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis-specific fulfillment experience
• METRC or comparable manifest generation experience

• Mixed office and warehouse environment
• Lift up to 50 lb
• Some early mornings to dispatch routes
