Pay: $20.00
Schedule:1st shift Mon–Fri 7am-3:30pm
About the Role
Now Hiring! We are seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This role focuses on picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy to help ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately using pick lists and/or a handheld scanner
• Prepare shipments, print labels, and verify order contents before outbound
• Receive product, check for accuracy/damage, and help stock inventory
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization as needed
• Communicate issues (shortages, mis-picks, damages) to the lead/supervisor

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment preferred (not required for strong applicants)
• Basic computer skills (able to learn shipping software/scanners)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout the shift

Nice to Have

• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems
• Inventory or cycle counting experience
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (if applicable)
