Opportunity:
- Monday-Friday clinic hours
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Outpatient focused clinical practice
- Part-time openings
- Part-time opening is 30 hours per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p
- Fulltime opening (NPs only, sorry no PAs)
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Day-to-Day:
- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- 3+ years' experience preferred
- Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
