Opportunity:
Monday-Friday clinic hours
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Outpatient focused clinical practice
Part-time openings
Part-time opening is 30 hours per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p
Fulltime opening (NPs only, sorry no PAs)
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Day-to-Day:
Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners
Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
3+ years' experience preferred
Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
