Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• 
  
• Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and provide visibility into company performance
• 
  
• Oversee cash flow tracking and assist with basic budgeting support
• 
  
• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment coordination
• 
  
• Monitor accounts receivable and support collections as needed
• 
  
• Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with operations
• 
  
• Provide administrative support in areas such as purchasing, vendor coordination, and internal documentation
• 
  
• Support employee-related administrative tasks, including benefits coordination and record-keeping
• 
  
• Partner with external CPA firm on tax preparation and year-end activities
• 
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience in a small business or manufacturing/distribution environment strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes
• 
  
• Comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities across accounting and administration
• 
  
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with ownership
•
