About the Role:
Bookkeeping firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage assigned client files and work with our bookkeeping team. Must have several years of full-cycle experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.


Responsibilities:

• Own assigned client books from coding through month-end close
• Work in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and related accounts
• Handle AP, AR, and payroll entries as scoped per client
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and close workpapers
• Keep files review-ready for the team and year-end CPA
• Meet monthly deadlines across multiple clients
• Flag missing documents and unusual activity promptly

Requirements:

• 5+ years full-charge or full-cycle bookkeeping
• Proven experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Experience with multiple client or company files
• Strong Excel and attention to detail
• Able to follow firm procedures and hit close dates
• Experience in a bookkeeping firm or CPA firm preferred
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus
