Full Charge Bookkeeper


Job Description


Seeking a motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper with expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks to join the team. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

• Primarily working with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online on client accounts.
• Manage and review general ledger
• Client Payroll
• Prepare 1099’s and W-2’s for clients
• Assists CPAs on client projects


Requirements


We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with both excellent people and technical skills that possesses the following qualities:

• Minimum of two years accounting or bookkeeping experience including payroll, general ledger and financial reports
• High level expertise with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel
