We are partnering with a growing company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the bookkeeping function and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• 
  
• Process billing, invoicing, and collections accurately and efficiently.
• 
  
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close and prepare financial reports.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and support budgeting and cash flow tracking.
• 
  
• Ensure accurate job costing and project-related financial tracking.
• 
  
• Partner with the company's accountant to support financial reporting and compliance.
• 
  
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• 
  
• Experience within construction, facilities, maintenance, or other project-based industries is highly preferred.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of job costing and project accounting.
• 
  
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• 
  
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
•
