LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and growing Oklahoma organization to identify a Full Charge Bookkeeper for its Norman-based team. Position Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience and a solid foundation in accounting principles. This individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial reports and support management reporting needs
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
Support audit requests and provide financial documentation as needed
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting transactions and reporting
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience within construction, real estate, homebuilding, or project-based accounting environments is a plus
