Position SummaryOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience and a solid foundation in accounting principles. This individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and support management reporting needs
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
- Support audit requests and provide financial documentation as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting transactions and reporting
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience within construction, real estate, homebuilding, or project-based accounting environments is a plus
