Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• 
  
• Perform month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entries
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and provide leadership with timely, accurate financial data
• 
  
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Prior experience in a full charge bookkeeping or similar accounting role
• 
  
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• 
  

Salary Range

$60,000–$70,000 annually
