The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter capable of managing multiple growing accounts and someone who will be dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Primary responsibilities include
Sourcing to attract qualified candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing the entire on-boarding process, maintaining accurate records, and building and sustaining a robust pool of potential candidates.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, including social media.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and other recruiting software.
  • Remain current with recruiting best practices and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Capable of negotiating salaries and benefits packages.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams.
  • Effectively market companies and job opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Track recruitment effectiveness and make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
