Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year + Commission

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Position Summary: Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities. Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
  
• Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
  
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
  
• Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
  
• Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes
  

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have
  
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
  
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
  
• A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required
  
• Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal
  
• Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
