An employer is looking for a Full Desk Recruiter in Los Angeles. This will support a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Southern California. This recruiter will operate as an owner/operator, managing a highvolume healthcare recruiting desk with endtoend accountability. This is a fastpaced role ideal for a recruiter who thrives in highvolume healthcare environments, enjoys building longterm talent pipelines, and is passionate about recruiting within behavioral health, mental health, or ABA services.
- Own and fill 60+ active requisitions per month across clinical and operational healthcare roles (ABA focus)
- Execute fullcycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with topoffunnel sources, including: UCLA and other university programs, Trade schools and certification programs, Community partnerships and referral pipelines
- Host and support meetandgreets, hiring events, and engagement sessions to promote employer branding in the ABA space
- Utilize and maintain accurate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate and manage: Interview scheduling, Background checks, Preemployment compliance steps
Hybrid role - Open to sitting out of any locations (Site options include: Burbank, Calabasas, Hollywood, Torrance, Rosemead, Whittier, Pasadena)
ContracttoHire: $35-$38/hour
Direct Hire (for the right candidate):
$75,000-$85,000 base salary

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for: Healthcare, ABA, Mental Health, or Social Services
- Must have Highvolume recruiting experience (working on positions that have multiple openings at a time)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage 50+ openings simultaneously
- Experience working in an ATS and maintaining accurate, compliant recruiting records
- Handson background with: Scheduling interviews, Running background checks, Candidate communications and followup
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fastmoving environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, multisite setup across LA locations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with ABA roles such as: Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT), Clinical support staff
