The Waupun Area School District is seeking one full-time special education paraprofessional or two part-time Special Education Paraprofessionals to begin at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. This position will support students who receive special education services with a variety of academic and behavioral support needs in the general education setting. Due to the nature of this assignment, regular attendance is imperative. We are looking for a positive, student-centered person who will help create an intellectually and emotionally safe school community, while supporting the learning and growth of all learners.
The Waupun Area School District is a 4K-12 school district serving a population of 1900 students in South Central Wisconsin. Located conveniently on Hwy 151, Waupun is only 45 minutes north of Madison and 20 minutes south of Fond du Lac. WASD is home to four schools, including a charter school in Fox Lake. The Waupun Area School District consists of Meadow View Primary School (grades 4K-1), Rock River Intermediate School (grades 2-6), the Junior/Senior High School (grades 7-12), and SAGES Charter School (Fox Lake, grades 4K-6).
