Full-Scope Family Practice Physician
Location: California
Start: Second week of March
Schedule: Monday- Thursday
Commonwealth Medical Services is looking for a passionate Full-Scope Family Practice Physician to join our dedicated team in California. Our practice emphasizes comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-scope family medicine services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines.
Perform in-office procedures, such as vaccinations, minor surgeries, and wellness check-ups.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Valid DEA registration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care and community health improvement.

Requirements
