Our organization stands as the largest multispecialty medical group in the region, encompassing over 1,500 physicians and more than 300 administrative professionals dedicated to serving over 615,000 members. Owned and operated by physicians, we offer competitive salaries that are not tied to individual service provision. Our medical group includes board-certified specialists across more than 50 fields.

We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to join our Longview team in Longview, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to women's health and the capability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. The Longview clinic consists of two OBGYN physicians supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team. This role includes on-call responsibilities at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where you will receive support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and our 24/7 Kaiser Permanente backup system. The hospital features a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia, with an average of 70 deliveries each month.

What You Can Expect:
  • Shared call coverage among a group of 14 physicians.
  • Scheduled GYN surgeries performed at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.
  • Collaboration with a highly skilled, collegial team focused on patient-centered care.
  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.
  • Potential leadership opportunities within the medical group.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
We Provide You:
  • A generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional employee contributions.
  • Competitive compensation not based on a fee-for-service model.
  • A pathway for physicians to become shareholders in our organization.
  • Paid annual education leave along with an annual education allowance.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including largely employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave.
  • Complete professional liability coverage at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.
  • A total rewards value range of $384,300 to $489,900.
Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
  • Generous sign-on bonus of $25,000.
  • Student Loan Assistance of up to $125,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $297,800 to $363,200, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
