Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will manage the financial records for a diversified family business operating multiple LLC's in Land Management agriculture and related ventures the role goes far beyond basic data entry the ideal candidate will oversee complete financial record keeping reporting and compliance across several entities ensuring accuracy and strong financial controls the right person will be comfortable managing multiple bank accounts intercompany transactions and complex bookkeeping structures.

Responsibilities

Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Prepare monthly financial statements
Analyze budgets and other financial information
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications

Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
