Independent Contractor Assignment:
We are seeking an experiencedâ¯Full-Stack AI Applications Independent Contractorâ¯to support specialized development, enhancement, and deployment of internalâ¯AI-enabledâ¯applications services. This is aâ¯hands-onâ¯assignment focused on building scalable, maintainable business tools across frontend and backend systems, including databases, APIs, integrations, andâ¯AI poweredâ¯functionality.
This project is expected to run for approximately 2–3 months. The contractor will be engaged in services of an anticipated commitment of up to 15 hours per week.
Independent Contractor Assignment Scope of Work:
- Develop internalâ¯AI enabledâ¯web applications using modernâ¯full stackâ¯technologiesâ¯
- Build and support both frontend and backend components, including UI, application logic, databases, and APIsâ¯
- Implement scalable internal tools, dashboards, andâ¯workflow drivenâ¯systemsâ¯
- Supportâ¯AI relatedâ¯features such as LLM integrations,â¯prompt basedâ¯workflows, and intelligent application componentsâ¯
- Assistâ¯with workflow automation and system integrations using platforms
- Review and improve existing code to enhance maintainability, performance, and scalabilityâ¯
- Apply clean coding standards, secure development practices, and general web application security principlesâ¯
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsâ¯
- Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and deployment readiness activitiesâ¯
- Other scope of work may be assigned
Independent Contractor Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience inâ¯full stackâ¯application or web development; AI development highly preferred
- Strongâ¯proficiencyâ¯in React, TypeScript, JavaScript,â¯Tailwind, and modern UI development practicesâ¯
- Solid backend experience, including APIs, SQL/database connectedâ¯applications, and system integrationsâ¯
- Proven ability to deliver clean,â¯well structured, and maintainable codeâ¯
- Experience developing internal business tools or operational systemsâ¯
- Strong understanding of development best practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and documentationâ¯
- Familiarity with secure development standards and practicesâ¯
- Strong communicationâ¯skills andâ¯theâ¯ability to work independently in a contractor capacity
Hourly Range: $50 to $80 (DOE)
