Full-Stack AI Developer (React / Next.js / Snowflake)

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Full-Stack AI Developer (React / Next.js / Snowflake) with our commercial real estate client in Richardson, TX. This is a 5-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:$60.00 - $70.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm | Hybrid T/W/Th in office

Description:
We're looking for a full-stack engineer to build applications and backend services on top of Snowflake. You'll own work end to end, from the Snowflake data layer through API design to the React front end, and help embed AI capabilities like Cortex Analyst and the Claude API directly into user-facing tools.


What You'll Work On:

• End-to-end application development using Next.js and TypeScript, from UI to data layer
• Backend APIs and services using Node.js and NestJS
• The Snowflake data layer: views, Dynamic Tables, and query optimization for performance at scale
• AI-assisted features powered by Cortex Analyst and the Claude API
• New feature builds and iteration on existing internal applications, working closely with product and business stakeholders

Must Have:

• React / Next.js (TypeScript)
• Snowflake SQL: complex CTEs, Dynamic Tables, Views
• NestJS / Node.js backend development
• Redis caching
• REST API design and optimization
• Docker / Docker Compose

Good to Have:

• Snowflake Cortex / Cortex Analyst
• ETL pipeline design (SharePoint / CSV ingestion)
• Salesforce data model familiarity (Account IDs, object relationships)
• AWS (EC2, Secrets Manager)
• LangGraph / AI agent pipelines

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript and SQL skills
• Proficiency in Node.js and React
• Experience working in monorepo environments
• Ability to work independently end to end, from data model to API to UI

What Success Looks Like

• Well-architected, maintainable applications built with clean separation between UI, API, and data layers
• A well-optimized Snowflake data layer that scales cleanly as data volume grows
• AI features that are genuinely useful, not bolted on, grounded in accurate data and good UX

Experience Level: 6-8 years
