Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer for their Concord, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Backend Development
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (3.x) and FastAPI
  • Build robust microservices architectures and API integrations
  • Develop and maintain AI/ML-powered backend systems
  • Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability
  • AI / Machine Learning
  • Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
  • Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector search solutions
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques and agentic workflows
  • Optimize model response quality, latency, and performance
  • Frontend Development
  • Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js
  • Build interactive components such as:
  • Chatbots
  • Dashboards
  • AI assistants
  • Integrate backend APIs and handle real-time/streaming responses
 
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (3.x)
  • Extensive expertise with FastAPI for API and microservices development
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in React.js for frontend development
