Full Stack Application Developer

Oxford Solutions is working with a technology-driven client seeking an experienced Application Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise web applications. This role is ideal for a senior-level full stack developer who enjoys building scalable applications while also contributing to technical direction, architecture discussions, and development best practices.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule in the Pittsburgh area and the opportunity to work on impactful, business-critical applications within a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, React, and SQL Server
• Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to application architecture, system scalability, and long-term platform improvements
• Support frontend development efforts using React and modern web technologies
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices, quality standards, and security principles
• Mentor and support other developers through technical guidance and collaboration
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, tools, and system performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of full stack application development experience
• Strong experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, React, and SQL Server
• Experience developing scalable web applications and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of modern frontend technologies including TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with ORM tools such as Dapper or Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems is a plus
