Role Description

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to design and develop AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Python backend development and React.js frontend development to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have experience in full stack development, API and microservices design, cloud-based application development, and AI/ML integration. Exposure to conversational AI, NLP, or intelligent automation will be an added advantage.

Role and responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Python and React.js.
• Build and maintain backend APIs, microservices, integrations, and business logic.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement AI-enabled use cases such as knowledge assistants, intelligent case management, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI/ML services, NLP capabilities, LLM-based workflows, and third-party platforms into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• ollaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and DevOps teams.

Technical Skills

Technical skills requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software development / full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong experience in React.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and application integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, especially NLP, conversational AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.

Nice-to-have skills

• Familiarity with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, RAG, chatbot frameworks, vector databases, or document intelligence.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
