Senior Software Engineer
Location: onsite in Little Rock, AR 1 time a month

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Engineer (mid to senior level), you will contribute across both client and server layers of our core application. Typical activities include:
- Developing and delivering features that span the Angular/TypeScript front-end and C# back-end, with an emphasis on modern SPA architecture (approximately 60% front-end, 40% back-end focus).
- Diagnosing and resolving bugs or complex issues across the full stack, from UI components to business logic and data access.
- Participating in code reviews, pull requests via Git workflows, and collaborative design discussions for new functionality.
- Contributing to the ongoing rewrite of legacy desktop systems into a contemporary Angular-based web application, while referencing existing code for continuity.
- Supporting team members through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and occasional cross-team collaboration between front-end and back-end groups.
- Engaging in sprint planning, technical documentation, and architecture conversations as experience level allows.
- Working in a hybrid model (primarily remote with occasional onsite weeks in Conway, AR, plus initial training period), using standard development tools without DevOps or deployment responsibilities.
The role offers a competitive compensation range of $100,000-$120,000, with growth opportunities in a collaborative R&D environment.
Required Skills
- 2-8+ years of professional full-stack development experience, depending on leveling (mid-level independent contributions with guidance; senior-level independent feature ownership and mentoring).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Angular (v9+), including component architecture, state management, and front-end performance considerations.
- Solid working knowledge of C# and .NET for back-end logic, server-side APIs, and REST/GraphQL services (with a shift toward GraphQL).
- Experience with OOP principles, software design patterns, and basic cross-browser HTML/CSS (including SASS).
- Comfort working in Git-based workflows with pull requests and code reviews.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills for team collaboration.
- Bonus experience: SQL/relational databases, automated testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Jasmine/Karma), TDD practices, or Azure DevOps tooling.
