Full Stack Developer

The position is focused on delivering performance-based IT services and repeatable solutions. Our team is looking for a developer that can support applications in a cloud-based, large-scale enterprise environment with the goal of learning new technologies to optimize efficiency and improve performance. As such, this individual must be able to manage assigned tasks and solve technical problems and be able to work well individually and in small to medium-sized teams.

 

**This government position REQUIRES US Citizenship and to be in Ashburn, VA, twice a week**

Primary Responsibilities

• Learn and support the implementation of workflow and rules technology integration across multiple applications
• Manage assigned tasks to completion within a team of 15 developers.

  Identify and resolve technical issues that arise
•  
  Work independently
•  
  Employ ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives
  Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.
•  
  Research, evaluate, and stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies including cloud services

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of workflows and rules engines
• Experience in Java
•  
  Experience with agile-based implementations
•  
  Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in implementing software solutions
• 5 years of experience in the software industry
•  
  Knowledge of PostgeSQL and CloudNative technologies
•  
  Experience evaluating business needs, requirements to identify appropriate solutions, and ability to resolve difficult technical issues
•  
  Experience applying a continuous integration/deployment approach to project or program delivery
•  
  Familiarity with AI concepts
•  
  Experience with Redis/Elasticache implementations
•  
  DHS/CBP Public Trust Clearence
•  
  Experience in the following tools and/or technologies
•  
  JDK21, gRPC, Agile modern best-practices
•  
  WebServices including REST and SOAP interface development
• Javascript
• React/Angular.JS
•  
  Git
•  
  Harness CI/CD
•  
  AWS EKS
•  
  Messaging solutions for app-DB and app-app interfaces
